Hi, I'm Sandi!

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share what I like doing! My name is Sandi Gauthier and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker for Alabama and Florida and have been working in real estate for over 25 years helping folks with everything from listing homes or land to guiding buyers as they look for the "right place at the right time".

My daughter Amber works in Home Financing and is a Senior Loan Originator with various home loans with 15 years' experience helping buyers secure the right loan programs with competitive rates.


The biggest advantage of working with us is that we can save you a significant amount of money on commissions when selling your home or when representing you if you're ready to buy.  Our commission is typically 2% based on the property's value and our goal is to keep more money in your pocket at closing.


I'm aware that Real Estate can create many questions about the value of your property to sell, along with questions when trying to find a home or land or even when building a new home along with needing help financing.
